Hi-Power Series
Models: HP-D-XXX, HP-M-XXX Panels
Warranty: 60 months for materials and workmanship.
SPC-TF Series
Models: SPC-TF-S-XXX, SPC-TF-M-XXX, SPC-TF-D-XXX
Warranty Period: 24 months for materials and workmanship.
Winner Bag Series
Models: SGWB2-TF-M-XXX, SGWB2-TF-D-XXX-A,
Warranty Period: 12 months for materials and workmanship.
BXF Series
Models: BXF-H-XXX, BXF-N-XXX
Warranty Period: 12 months for materials and workmanship.
TF Series
Models: SG-TF-D-XXX, SG-TF-M-XXX, SG-TF-S-XXX
Warranty Period: 72 months for materials and workmanship.
LEE Series
Models: LEE-M2-XXX, LEE-S-XXX

Limited Product Warranty Details
SUNGOLD warrants its photovoltaic (PV) modules to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions of application, use, installation and service for the warranty period.
Warranty Start Date.
The warranty period begins on the date of shipment of the SUNGOLD solar module.
Sole Remedy
Repair, replacement or refund is the sole and exclusive remedy under the terms of this Limited Warranty.
Shipping Charges
This Limited Warranty covers only the cost of shipping any part in need of repair or replacement to SUNGOLD or its authorized dealers, or a refund of the reasonable portion of the purchase price paid by Customer (“Purchase Price”).
Troubleshooting during the warranty period.
If a module fails or becomes useless during the warranty period due to defects in materials or workmanship, SUNGOLD may choose one of the following three remedies:
- Repair of the defective part.
- Replace the defective part.
- Refund the portion of the reasonable purchase price paid by Customer (“Purchase Price”).
Customer Responsibility
The cost of returning components to SUNGOLD’s authorized agents and distributors, or costs associated with installing, removing, or reinstalling components are the responsibility of the end customer.
How Our Warranty Protects You
Our warranty ensures that each of our products is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. Should a defect arise during the warranty period, we offer the following remedies:
Repair
We will fix the defective component to restore its functionality.
Replacement
We will provide a new or refurbished component of equivalent value.
Refund
In some cases, we may refund a reasonable portion of the purchase price.
Exclusions and Limitations
Misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Unauthorized alterations or repairs
Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches or rust
Exposure to harsh environmental conditions or immersion in water.
Products with altered, removed, or illegible serial numbers.

The warranty covers the cost of shipping the defective component to Sungold Solar or its authorized distributors. However, the end customer is responsible for:
- Returning the Component: Shipping costs for returning the component to us or our authorized agents.
- Installation Costs: Any costs associated with removing, reinstalling, or replacing the component.
Yes, after submitting your claim, you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number. You can use this reference number to:
- Check Status: Contact us by phone or email to get updates on your claim's progress.
- Follow Up: If you have not heard back from us within a reasonable time, please use the reference number to follow up.
If the product you are claiming for is discontinued, Sungold Solar may, at our discretion:
